Role Responsibility: Transformation Operations Manager Salary: £65,000 per annum Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm Location: Tower Hamlets, E14 0JW Excellent Company benefits including Contributory Pension and Company Car G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Transformation Operations Manager on a full-time basis based within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. As a key member of the transformation team, the Transformation Operations Manager will drive transformation initiatives across PFI contracts. This role will strategically build and maintain strong client and SPV relationships to ensure the successful execution of service improvement plans (SIPs), change management, and contract closure plans. The manager will also act as a catalyst, inspiring and challenging operational teams to elevate business performance and accelerate strategic change Key responsibilities: Work with Contract Management to reduce cost, improve service and increase EBITDA. Implement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for efficiency in contract spend controls. Key responsibilities include assisting the Programme PFI Director in delivering the transformation plan to improve and sustain service, working with the Contract Management team on the agreed service improvement plans, and ensuring their delivery while keeping the client informed Oversee PFI closure program and gain agreement from internal management and the client. Work with Contract Management Teams to build a success-oriented culture, measured by financial KPIs and client recognition. Encourage cross-sector contract collaboration on PFI closure activities, including training & development, problem-solving, and guidance. Ensure service and value that enhance the G4S brand and foster long-term partnerships. Deliver against agreed KPIs, with monthly reporting on performance and spend, ensuring compliance and budget adherence. Promote innovation to add value and reduce costs. People management in the form of demonstrable leadership skills The Ideal Candidate: Essential: Significant Operational Management experience in a similar sized, complex, portfolio outsourcing environment, with both hard and soft services. Significant personal impact and influencing skills to ensure customer confidence is built and maintained across the full range of transformation and closure activities. Experience of delivering complex services within PFI contracts and a good understanding of the challenges and opportunities delivering contracts in this environment. This should include significant PFI experience. Extensive capability in service improvement planning to deliver a step change in performance Motivated and results-orientated with the drive to take tough decisions and continuously raise the bar and achieve targets. Strong communication, team building and influencing skills. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management experience. Strong people leadership skills.
