Salary: Up to £70,000 + bonus

We are looking for a Commissioning Home Manager to join our exciting and prestigious client, to work in their circa 76-bedded residential care home based in the market town of Uttoxeter. This home will have state-of-the-art facilities, which include a hair salon, activity room, café, and private courtyard, reinforcing their commitment to giving their residents the lifestyle they deserve.

Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate is required to have home management experience within elderly care homes, ideally with commissioning experience, consistently good or above CQC reports, and excellent business acumen with a proven history of managing homes within the sector. Due to the reputation of the provider, your ability to increase the profitability of the service while not jeopardizing the quality of care for its residents will be paramount.
You will be able to demonstrate your capability to work with the local community to be the home of choice while showcasing your focus on delivering fantastic resident care. Due to the nature of the role, you will be able to articulate the importance of people development and how this will have a positive impact on the service. Working with the heads of departments of the service, you will build your team from the bottom up, leading it to success.

Requirements
* CQC reports of Good or Above
* Strong commercial acumen, experience in marketing and budget management
Location
The role is based in Uttoxeter and is therefore commutable from Derby, Stoke-on-Trent, Birmingham, Stafford, Burton Upon, Cheadle, Sudbury, Rocester, and Ashbourne.
