We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a positive attitude and excellent organisational skills, good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
The successful applicant will provide general clerical duties and be responsible for accurate data input, processing referrals, booking appointments, taking telephone calls and other administrative duties such as notes collection and filing.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of working in a similar administrative environment.

The post holder will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical functions
The post holder will be expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good IT and organisational skills, with the ability to deal sensitively and confidently with people, both face to face and over the telephone, as well as work effectively as part of the team. The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines is essential.
