We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Care Services Team Manager at our Residential Children's Home in Doncaster. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in leading our care services and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
About the Role:
* To lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care is delivered to our residents.
* To develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents, working closely with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
* To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
* To maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
* To contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, supporting staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
About You:
* Proven experience in a similar role or a related field, with a strong understanding of children's care and support.
* Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, residents, and external agencies.
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
* Degree in Social Work, Childcare, or a related field (desirable).
