The Opportunity
To join a successful, national contractor, working within the Building Services sector, providing general administartive support to the Finance Director. Ideally you will have a basic understanding of accounts office processes, although training will be provided to the right applicant.
Duties and responsibilities:
* General office administration
* Processing Engineers working hours through Sage
* Dealing with suppliers & Subcontractors via phone and email
* Processing of Purchase Ledger Invoices, including administration of Project Managers invoice authorisation routine
* Statement Reconciliation
* Assisting the Finance Director in preparation of regular Payment Runs
* Issuing Sales invoices for Service and Maintenance projects
* Processing Managers Credit Card receipts and expenses
The applicant will :
1. Be able to work 20 hours per week, across 3, 4 or 5 days per week.
