Job responsibilities: Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Account Management. Answering incoming calls and managing a busy e-mail in box. Processing orders into the ERP system. Updating customers on shipping dates or any anticipated delays. Preparing invoices. Processing returns. Understanding the company products. Supporting purchasing, sales and technical teams.
