NoteMachine are currently looking for a Customer Advisor to join our Customer Services Department based at our Head Office, just outside Abergavenny. The role will involve taking inbound calls from customers and end users to resolve queries, troubleshoot technical faults and give information over the phone. This role will be permanent and full time. Your normal hours of work will be according to a shift pattern of 4 days on followed by 4 days off, working an average of 48 hours per shift pattern with two 20 minutes breaks each shift. As a Customer Advisor you will help our customers with a range of queries including ATM faults, bank referrals, claims and complaints procedures, contract queries and user guidance. In addition, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls, directing and transferring them internally as required. You will use a computer system to add and maintain notes on calls received and communicate with other departments to schedule repairs, installations and technical support. Whether you have worked in an inbound call centre environment before, or you are interested in delivering fantastic customer service to our end users, if you think you meet the below criteria then you could make an excellent Customer Advisor: A proven ability to deal with customer issues either on the phone, via email or in person. This could be gained in a call centre, retail or hospitality environment; The ability to understand technical issues and clearly explain solutions to customers over the phone; A confident personality and a passion for solving problems; The ability to remain calm under pressure and talk to customers in difficult situations; Great communication skills to liaise with all areas of the business, from your colleagues to senior managers alike.
