We are currently looking for two new staff to join our lovely team at our well-established and ambitious children's day nursery and preschool in Henley. Due to current expansion of our nursery, we are looking to recruit two new team members.
We are seeking an Early Years Nursery Practitioner who is friendly with good EYFS knowledge, ideally qualified at level 2/3 or above.
We are also looking for a Room Leader to lead our small friendly team. We seek someone with good leadership skills, great communication abilities, and who is a team player.

Role and responsibilities include:
* Working with children to provide high-quality care and education
* Supporting your Room Leader with any tasks delegated to you and with the overall running of the room. For the Room Leader role, you will be in charge of the daily running and a small team of staff within the room.
* Working closely with your team
* Liaising with parents, helping to support their whole family
* Ensuring a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children within your area
* Supporting and maintaining daily routines
* Providing a high-quality, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
For people looking to take on further qualifications, we have the following courses available: NVQ 3 and 4 in Early Years and Childcare, NVQ 3 in Management, Early Years Foundation Degree, Early Years Teacher Status, Paediatric First Aid, Basic Food Hygiene, Safeguarding Children, Behaviour Management, Manual Handling, Health and Safety at Work.
Hours:
We are ideally looking for candidates that can work full-time, 4 days per week (with one set day off). Hours are 8 AM - 6 PM.
We can also consider part-time hours, 2 or 3 full days per week (8 AM - 6 PM).
