SEN Administrative Assistant Location: Huddersfield Job Type: Part-time & Full-time available Salary: Competitive, based on experience We are seeking a dedicated and organised SEN Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant and inclusive school in Huddersfield. Day-to-day of the role: Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the SEN department. Manage and update pupil records using SIMS or Arbor systems. Coordinate communication between staff, parents, and external agencies. Assist in organising meetings, reviews, and training sessions. Support the SEN team with various administrative tasks as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in a similar or transferable role within an SEN setting. Familiarity with SIMS or Arbor systems is highly desirable. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey. Confidence and the ability to go above and beyond to support pupils with SEND. A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
