This role does not include the development or optimi s ation of the recommendation engine itself; that responsibility resides with a dedicated team. Profile We are seeking a highly strategic and entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager with a proven track record of building and scaling personali se d experiences in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You are a data-driven leader who thrives in collaborative settings and possesses a strong product vision. Experience & Skills 6 years of product management experience in start-up or scale-up, with a significant focus on personali s ation in e-commerce or consumer-facing technology. Demonstrated success in defining and executing product strategies that drive significant business impact, particularly in increasing conversion rates, AOV, and CLTV. Proven experience leading and mentoring product teams, running agile delivery teams of designers, engineers and data scientists, and successfully managing the backlog Exceptional analytical, data interpretation skills and experience with A/B testing and user research, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets and translate them into data-driven product decisions.
