Whether you're an experienced teacher or an ECT looking for a supportive environment to develop your skills, we’d love to hear from you Responsibilities: - Planning & Delivering Lessons – Design engaging and differentiated lessons for KS3 and KS4 students, following the national curriculum and incorporating a range of teaching strategies to develop language skills. - Assessment & Progress Tracking – Assess students' work through formative and summative methods, provide constructive feedback, and use data to monitor progress and inform future teaching. - Classroom & Behaviour Management – Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, manage behaviour effectively, and implement school policies to support student engagement and achievement. - Wider School Contribution – Take part in extracurricular activities, school events, parents’ evenings, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
