Huntsman have been instructed exclusively by a very exciting and growing consultancy in London to identify a Program Manager to work very closely with a global Tech client on new build Data Centre Sites. This business have a footprint across the UK and US along with staff operating across Europe. They are working with clients that are at the forefront of the Data Centre industry and have been under repeat instructions for the last couple of years. This role is ideal for candidates that have experience in one of the following: Direct Experience in Pre-Construction within a Mission Critical sector Project Managers who have worked and delivered Utility Programmes for a Utilities Provider or Consultancy Infrastructure led Project & Programme Managers Project / Development Managers who have set up Programmes of work and can deal with multiple stakeholders The duties of the role: Support in the development of the client relationship through excellence in delivery. Frontend programme management, including engagement with full supply chain for required works, arranging SOWs, and providing procurement recommendations. Oversight of costs and budgets Onboarding new suppliers, vendors, and contractors through delivery and contract management process. Management of vendor contract requirements and deliverables such as, contract change, KPIs, schedule, payment applications, monthly reporting, value engineering and project budgets. Chairing and recording meetings and actioning key items/issues as needed. Management of programme schedules and monthly reporting to the client. Support of procurement activities required. Management of the risk management process and associated reporting. Produce monthly status reports and communication plans. Capture and incorporate lessons learned to support continuous improvement and drive efficiencies for programme. Manage internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the client. Management of programme resources (e.g., QuickBase, project tracker inputs and updates, site workbooks, change control logs, risk registers, etc.) This Consultancy offer a hybrid working policy with 3 days per week in their office located in close proximity to London Bridge. Salary is very much dependant on experience and ranges from £60,000 to £80,000 – On offer is a discretionary bonus, 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, very good private medical, death in service and excellent private pension.
