Our client is looking to appoint a senior project manager to help with the delivery of a programme of works for a big pharma. The programme is being ‘built’ via two programme managers so you will be tasked with taking the programme and bringing it to life. The programme will be made up of smaller projects which will range from laboratory fit-out, clean rooms, commercial and communal fit-out. Working arrangements are 3 days on site then 2 days working from home/office depending on your location/business need. Requirements Project management experience within a multi-disciplinary / construction consultancy Strong track record of delivering real estate projects from inception to delivery Ideally you will have experience within life sciences, laboratory, commercial fit-out sectors Experience working on NEC forms of contracts Being chartered via MRICS, MCIOB is beneficial.
