Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Salary: GBP26,000-GBP30,000
Location: Hatfield
Contract: Full time, Permanent- Monday - Friday, 9-5pm (half an hour lunch break)

Our client, a well-established property business based in Hatfield, is seeking a dynamic and upbeat individual to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Handle various administrative tasks, including answering incoming calls, updating the system, and managing queries as needed.
2. Oversee the bookkeeping for their extensive property portfolio, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
3. Track daily financial transactions and finalise the posting process.
4. Reconcile invoices and spot any discrepancies.
5. Generate financial reports for management analysis.
6. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
7. Use Xero accounting software to ensure precise financial records.
8. Perform basic administrative tasks to support overall administrative efficiency.
SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Experience with Bookkeeping.
2. Strong administrator.
3. IT Literate.
4. Numerical Skills.
5. Time management and organisational skills.
6. Knowledgeable of Xero.
