We are searching for an experienced, hard-working, and friendly Finance Administrator to join an established and enjoyable finance team on a semi-part-time basis around school hours.
Payroll Administrator - Purpose/Background
We are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our client based in the office on the outskirts of Bristol. The role is being introduced to provide administrative support to the finance team for payroll runs and purchase ledger. The role will be able to progress within the finance team.
Payroll Administrator Key Responsibilities
You will typically be getting involved in a wide range of tasks including HMRC reporting and P11D reporting. The role will also be looking after the purchase ledger. You must have experience working with CIS payments within construction and be AAT level 1 qualified.
Payroll Administrator - Knowledge/Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Worked in a busy office environment
2. Confident on the phone and face-to-face
3. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
4. Experience in CIS payments in construction
