The Opportunity
Due to internal growth, we now have an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. Based at our Concrete Products Factory near Burton-upon-Trent, you’ll have a true variation of work from Projects to Preventive & Reactive works.
With the support of the onsite Electrical Engineer you’ll seek to improve efficiency of the plant by reducing downtime and focussing on FMEA’s to help improve our predictive maintenance success.
Onsite you’ll operate a Monday-Friday days 07:00-16:00. Along with the reactive maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance duties you’ll have the autonomy to source and deliver on projects around the plant as well as developing onsite PPM’s and stores availability, all in an effort to improve efficiency.
Who you are
You’ll be a Mechanical Fitter or Engineer, with experience working within industrial environments.
You’ll already be certified to a Level 2 or higher mechanical qualification.
You’ll have experience working with Hydraulic equipment.
