Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on essential pharmacy skills and knowledge. Maintain your own CPD in line with regulatory standards Offer constructive feedback and support to students to improve their skills and academic performance. Keep up-to-date with pharmacy industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum. We are looking for: Registered and practicing Pharmacy Technician (essential). Proven commitment to Continuous Personal Development (CPD) (essential) Strong understanding of current pharmacy practices and regulatory standards. A good understanding of apprenticeship qualifications Experience in delivering training or mentoring is an advantage. A passion for teaching and helping students succeed in their careers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students. A teaching qualification (e.g., CET) is desirable, however a willingness to achieve the CET is essential. Location This is a remote role; however, some travel may be required.
