As we continue to grow, we're seeking a passionate and strategic Wholesale Manager to drive our wholesale operations and build strong relationships with key retail partners.
Role Summary:
As Wholesale Manager, you will be responsible for growing and managing ALB’s wholesale division. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, overseeing order management, and ensuring brand alignment across all wholesale channels. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Develop and nurture relationships with existing wholesale accounts.
Identify and onboard new retail partners that align with ALB’s brand values.
Act as the main point of contact for all wholesale clients, ensuring excellent service and support.
Sales Strategy:
Create and execute wholesale sales strategies to meet growth targets.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for expansion.
Manage seasonal sell-in, including presenting collections and negotiating terms with clients.
Operations:
Oversee the end-to-end wholesale process, from order placement to delivery.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure stock availability and timely fulfillment.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales figures and forecasts.
Brand Representation:
Ensure ALB’s brand identity and standards are upheld across all wholesale channels.
Work with marketing to create materials and campaigns tailored to wholesale clients.
Represent ALB at trade shows, showrooms, and industry events.

Proven experience in wholesale, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle sector.
Strong relationships with buyers and retailers in the industry.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
