Claimont Health has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nursing Assistant.
This role will be based in the community supporting our Client who is an adult with a spinal injury and complex health needs requiring a high level of care and support at home.

Main Duties
We are looking for high-quality, dynamic, and experienced Nursing Assistants / Support Workers who have experience working with people with spinal injury and who are able to provide domiciliary home care.
You Must Have/be:
1. 1 year or more experience as a Complex Care Support Worker working with people with spinal injury.
2. Flexibility, maturity, independence, and the very highest professional standards.
3. Commitment to delivering client-specific care.
4. Adaptable approach to support clients and family members.
5. Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting.

Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support clients with complex health needs requiring a high level of care at home. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering person-centred care.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
1. 1 year or more experience as a Healthcare Assistant with complex care experience.
2. NVQ Level 3 related subjects.
3. NVQ Level 4 related subjects.
4. Nursery nurse qualifications or similar.
5. Diploma in a relevant health/social subject.
6. Commitment to delivering client-specific care.
7. Adaptable and professional approach to support clients and family members.
