This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR candidate to join a small to medium sized business based in Nottingham, joining a wider team who are all very personable and super friendly. You will have a fresh approach and be energetic about wanting to learn. You will look after all day-to-day HR administration across the whole employee life cycle such as:
1. New starters
2. Employment references
3. Managing absences and holidays
4. Processing leavers
5. Support on events
6. Assist the wider HR strategy and proactive project work
You will also assist with the weekly and monthly running of payroll by preparing input, processing weekly timesheets, referencing to time and attendance information, helping with queries, and processing payroll.
It is essential to have HR experience at assistant/coordinator/advisor level, and payroll experience is ideal. Candidates with CIPD level 3 are preferred but not a deal breaker. If you are looking for a career in HR and Payroll, this is a fabulous opportunity with a lot of exposure.
