Gaining experience in complete fit out packages would enable you to gain broader build knowledge.
Our client is looking for Quantity Surveyors to join the team as they have recently gone through a change in management. They have also restructured the interior fit out arm of the business as they are part of a conglomerate.
The Interiors division is now merging with the group to implement the same exceptional operating standard.
The new Head of Commercial is a long-standing employee of the group and has joined interiors from the facades side of the business to ensure a smooth transition.
His current objective is to grow his commercial team.
This is an exciting time to join the business as with most change there will be challenges but also big opportunities for professional development and career progression. In addition, due to the nature of the systems our client installs, you will also increase your knowledge of fit out.
Our client is looking for Quantity Surveyors who come from a specialist subcontract background in drylining, joinery, or flooring, ideally with five years of experience.
You will be office-based with site visits.
