Hourly PA / Carer / Support worker to support Young Man at home in Stoke-on-Trent We are seeking a compassionate individual to join our team in supporting a 21-year-old wheelchair user with Muscular Dystrophy. This role involves assisting him both at home and while he's at work, so a degree of flexibility is required. Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: £15 per hour Shifts: 2 days per week (Flexibility required) Hours: 7:30 am until 7:30 pm (12 hours) Holidays: 5.6 weeks holiday pro rata. About Our Client: - Talented powerchair football player, has been selected for the FA National Talent Pathway - Enjoys a structured routine and takes pride in his appearance - Has recently started his professional career - Passionate about photography, gaming, movies, music, and history - Has a great sense of humour, and a positive attitude to life - Lives in his family home with siblings and pets About the Job Duties would include: - Providing comprehensive support in daily activities, both at home and during outings - Driving the client's automatic vehicle - Light housework and meal preparation - Offering personal care assistance - Assisting during social outings Previous care experience is not necessary; comprehensive training will be provided. For the right person, our client may offer more working hours in the future.
