Salary:
GBP38,000 - GBP47,000 dependent on experience.

Enthusiastic, motivated and creative Occupational Therapists of all levels. For those looking to make the move to Paediatrics or newly graduated, we have a Paediatric induction and mentoring program to give you the knowledge and tools for success in your role.
Mandatory Requirements:
* HCPC and RCOT registration
* Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy
* Paediatric OT Experience
Role Overview:
The Paediatric Occupational Therapist plays a pivotal role in assessing the needs of students for Education and Health Care Plans (EHCPs) and providing targeted interventions to support their development. You will work within various school environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and teaching staff to ensure holistic care and embedded interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' sensory, motor, and self-care skills.
* Develop and implement individualised intervention plans.
* Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
* Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of intervention effectiveness.
* Conduct training and support to teaching staff.
* Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and intervention plans.
* Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings.
Working Conditions:
* Primarily school-based with opportunities to work within the clinic setting.
* Regular interaction with students, teachers, and other professionals.
