We are now looking for a Site Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Site Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
Leading all aspects of office fitout projects, you will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. You will also maintain up-to-date documentation such as reports, schedules, and change orders.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, designers, contractors and clients to ensure project objectives are met, as well as providing updates on project statuses.
Additionally, you will:
- Develop and execute detailed project plans
- Foster a culture of safety on site
- Oversee construction activities on-site
- Ensure the timely procurement of materials and equipment
- Conduct regular site inspections
About You
To be considered as a Site Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally involving fit-out
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities across cross-functional teams
- The ability to read detailed design drawings
- A great safety record
- Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- A First Aid certification
- CSR or CSCS qualifications
