Permit Coordinator Role
Location: Somerset - Onsite

We are seeking a Permit Coordinator to work with one of our clients, a leading organization in the oil & gas, chemicals and nuclear industries, based in Somerset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all work carried out under the permit-to-work system at HPC.
* Issue permits in a timely manner and ensure compliance with required standards.
* Approve or reject permits that do not meet specified requirements.
* Conduct site audits to verify adherence to company and client procedures and processes.
* Initiate site audits to ensure safe system of work compliance.
* Retain copies of permits or records of issue for auditing or incident investigation purposes.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with the permit to work team and client representatives.
* Solve problems, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a high-paced environment.
* Show commitment, drive initiative, and work independently.
