Outline (INDPERM):
1. Responsible for developing & implementing the marketing strategy, campaign management and the management of multiple brands represented by the company
2. Manage all marketing for the company & activities within the marketing department
3. Establishing & monitoring the company’s marketing budget as well as the budget for individual brands
4. Reporting on KPI’s and overall return on investment
5. Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
6. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
7. Preparing online, print & in-store marketing campaigns
8. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
9. Liaising with suppliers and their marketing departments
10. Coordinate activities such as trade shows, in-store & event sampling & cooking demonstrations here in the UK and internationally
11. Develop & manage social media strategy in order to grow brand communities.
12. A good understanding of SEO, PPC & Paid Social.
Attributes:
13. Degree in Marketing and/or CIM qualification is preferred
14. Experience in Trade Shows, Events and Exhibitions is a must
15. Previous experience in a similar role & industry sector
16. Strong project management/organisational skills.
17. Up to date knowledge of marketing best practice and an eye for creative marketing opportunities.
18. Good knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint
19. Be able to effectively present and communicate marketing plans to the board & brand owners
20. Strong commercial aptitude
