ABOUT THE ROLE
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Reflo’s CSR and Compliance strategy. This role involves ensuring alignment with company values, driving sustainability initiatives, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards across all business operations, as well as leading the process of achieving B Corp Certification.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CSR Strategy Development:
* Collaborate with the leadership team to define, develop, and execute Reflo’s CSR strategy across all business operations.
* Align CSR initiatives with Reflo’s business objectives, sustainability goals, and ethical commitments.
* Develop measurable CSR objectives and track progress against key performance indicators.
Compliance and Governance:
* Stay informed about relevant CSR, sustainability, and compliance regulations, ensuring that Reflo adheres to industry best practices and legal requirements.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures that uphold ethical business practices.
* Monitor supply chain compliance, ensuring ethical sourcing and environmental sustainability.
Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Management:
* Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, and industry partners, to drive CSR and compliance initiatives.
* Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure alignment with ethical and environmental standards.
* Promote engagement and participation in CSR initiatives across the company.
Sustainability Initiatives & ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Strategy:
* Develop and oversee sustainability programs, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible sourcing.
* Measure and report on the environmental and social impact of Reflo’s operations.
Communication & Branding:
* Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively communicate Reflo’s CSR initiatives to internal and external audiences.
* Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, leadership, and potential partners on CSR progress and compliance updates.
Risk Management & Crisis Response:
* Identify potential compliance and ethical risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
* Manage responses to CSR-related complaints or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous improvement.
* Support the business in responding to any regulatory investigations or compliance breaches.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping Reflo’s reputation as a responsible and sustainable business.
ESSENTIALS
* 5+ years of proven experience in CSR, compliance, sustainability, or a related field, preferably within the physical goods sector.
* Strong understanding of ethical business practices, environmental sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to analyze data and report on CSR impact, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
