Are you a Contract Support Administrator or Helpdesk Coordinator looking for your next career move? Or are you someone with strong Admin / Customer Services skills with experience in planning and coordinating Engineers within a Facilities, Engineering, or Maintenance company?
Are you familiar with an FM Helpdesk process and able to schedule, plan, and coordinate engineers' diaries, look after quotes, and manage subcontractors?
This continuously growing M&E and Facilities Services company is looking to recruit a Facilities Coordinator to manage a new contract that they have been awarded.
As a company, they deliver planned and reactive works to all M&E, HVAC, and Fabric services, as well as small and minor works projects. Previous knowledge and experience of planned and reactive contracts is advantageous.
Supporting the regional Contract Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Ownership of all administrative tasks for one dedicated client including:
2. Raising all jobs, scheduling engineers & subcontractors for reactive, remedial & PPM jobs
3. Raising contractor work orders
4. Raising supplier purchase orders
5. Ensuring compliance service reports and job cards are completed for each job as required
6. Creating PPM Schedules
7. Creating Quotes
8. Managing all data input onto the customer portal
9. Assisting in managing all PPM activity across the clients' buildings ensuring compliance with all contractual and statutory obligations
10. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and reporting any service failures
11. Ensuring a consistent level of delivery is provided across all sites
