The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary Commercial Director to drive growth, expand market share, and lead our commercial strategy in a dynamic, fast-evolving industry. This role is pivotal in steering TTS FM’s revenue streams, fostering strategic partnerships, and positioning the company as the partner of choice for security solutions. Reporting into Board Director, the role would carry key responsibilities out of which some of the non exhaustive list is as follows -
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute Commercial Strategy: Define and implement a robust commercial roadmap to achieve aggressive growth targets.
2. Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across sectors (corporate, retail, critical infrastructure, etc.) and geographies.
3. Self Motivated & Self Delivery of Sales Cycle: Self motivated industry professional, develop and execute sales process, manage and develop business on their own accord.
4. Client Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term loyalty
5. Take Ownership of Commercial Budget: Financial forecasting, and profitability across service lines.
6. Bid & Proposal Leadership: Oversee the preparation of winning bids, contracts, and pricing strategies.
7. Industry Insight: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, HR, and Technology teams to align commercial goals with operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Proven Track Record: 10+ years in senior commercial leadership roles, preferably within security, facilities management, or related sectors.
2. Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated success in scaling revenue, entering new markets, and negotiating high-value contracts.
3. Leadership Excellence: Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and inspiring a results-driven culture.
4. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of security trends, compliance standards (e.g., ISO, SIA), and risk management frameworks.
5. Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders, from C-suite executives to frontline teams.
6. Proven Management experience in Senior Leadership role preferred.
7. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making.
