As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty beverages Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning Handle cash and credit card transactions Maintain a clean and organized work area Educate customers about coffee products and make recommendations based on their preferences Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards Assist in inventory management and stock rotation Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Qualifications Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and drink recipes Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a focus on product quality and presentation Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices High school diploma or equivalent Food handling certification (preferred) Proficiency in latte art (preferred) Familiarity with different coffee beans and roasts (preferred) Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Additional Information For almost 20 years, for every client, in every location (whether that’s an office, stadium, cathedral or university), we have created beautiful spaces, exciting menus and friendly teams, so that each and every customer can have the hospitality experience they deserve.
