As our team has grown and exciting projects have landed, we have opportunities for a contract Senior Revit Technician to become a member of our friendly, supportive, and creative team of Technicians to support the electrical engineering team.
What you will do:
* Collaborate with clients, other disciplines, and members of the design team to deliver safe, efficient, and buildable solutions that promote and achieve excellent service through Perfect Delivery.
* Keep up to date with design trends and ensure quality of delivery when producing or updating drawings to internal and/or customer standards.
* Produce detailed electrical service drawings as well as schematics in Revit/CAD.
* Carry out clash detections of the Revit model and produce solutions to any clashes found.
* Ensure thorough checking and accuracy of deliverables and record documentation.
* Participate in knowledge sharing across team and locations.
* Provide feedback to the management team to ensure achievable delivery dates and resources.
* Represent Baker Hicks in external project technical meetings if required.
* Review specialist subcontractors/suppliers production BIM models and drawings for compliance with design intent.
About You:
* Detailed experience working on Revit MEP Software.
* Experience in coordinating models across a multi-disciplinary design team.
* Desire to take ownership, be innovative, use initiative, and be driven by client satisfaction.
