The successful candidate will ideally have prior experience of working in a recruitment setting though this is not essential. Main duties of the job You will provide a comprehensive, high quality and effective recruitment service in accordance with agreed processes, schedules, employment law and Trust policies and procedures in line with NHS Employment Check Standards and Agenda for Change. Your responsibilities are to provide customer focused end to end recruitment service to managers, staff and candidates on a wide range of recruitment, employment and ESR queries ensuring we deliver a highly professional candidate experience. As the first point of contact, you will be expected to maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality at all times, providing responses in a timely manner. You will be responsible for the accurate maintenance of electronic HR systems including TRAC and ESR, ensuring that recruitment and ESR processes are completed safely, accurately and within the service's key performance indicators.
