My client is a leading Software Solutions provider. They are seeking a Part-time Finance Administrator (2 days per week) to join their Exeter-based team. The successful candidate will benefit from being part of a close-knit and passionate business, geared to help them flourish. The Role As a Finance Administrator, you will provide vital support to the financial operations and general administrative duties of the business. Key Responsibilities Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records using Sage Accounting & Payroll (Cloud). Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations. Prepare VAT returns and support financial reporting. Handle general administrative duties, including document management and correspondence. Support the team with ad-hoc financial and operational tasks. Key Requirements Proven experience in finance administration or bookkeeping. Proficiency in Sage Accounting & Payroll (Cloud) is essential. Strong understanding of financial regulations and best practices. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently. Strong communication and organizational skills.
