We are looking for professional, friendly, and service-driven Night Receptionists to be the first point of contact for our guests. Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
* Handle guest enquiries, providing accurate information about the hotel, local area, and services.
* Manage reservations, process payments, and maintain guest records using the hotel's booking system.
* Respond to guest requests and concerns efficiently, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
* Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
* Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner, assisting with bookings and general inquiries.
* Maintain a well-presented reception area and uphold the hotel's brand and service standards.
* Handle administrative tasks as required by the Night Manager.
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience in hotel reception, front desk, or customer service roles is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and welcoming demeanor.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel reservation systems (training provided if needed).
* A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and problem-solving.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
