We are seeking a confident individual capable of delivering excellent, pre-planned lessons to various age groups. You might be an experienced TA or HLTA ready for a step up, comfortable with behaviour management and engaging children. Alternatively, you could be an aspiring teacher currently working with children and seeking to develop your skills—gaining invaluable experience as a cover supervisor. If you are resilient and confident, this role is ideal for you. Prior experience working with children, whether through tutoring, coaching, or TA roles, is essential.
The role

The role involves supervising pupils and executing pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff are absent on short-term leave. Good communication skills, high flexibility, and a passion for working with children are required.
