One of the family...
The clue is in the name. We’re a family business through and through – family owned since 1868, family run and with a warm family welcome for guests and team alike. Our seven hotels are unique and set in three stunning Scottish locations. Some are big, some are small, but all offer fantastic food and drink, cozy beds and a wealth of things to do.

Let the tranquility of Loch Leven wash over you and take in the spectacular surroundings – it’s like a postcard come to life!
About the role
Working as part of our food and beverage team offers you a friendly, fast-paced and challenging experience. Whether you’re looking after our guests in our restaurant or bar, this is serious service, serious volume and a serious opportunity to join an ambitious Food and Beverage team.

What we need from you
1. Customer service – a friendly, welcoming personality is a given.

3. Team focus – there are no egos here, just hard-working people who love creating memorable experiences for every guest.
4. Fun and easy to talk to – we’re looking for personality, not a corporate clone.
What you’ll get from us
1. The opportunity to work in a friendly, forward-thinking company with development as a priority – could you be our next Food and Beverage Supervisor?
2. Internal career opportunities among a wide range of roles, departments and branches.
3. Opportunities to apply for our Be A Leader development program.
4. Unique benefits including pension contributions, recommend a friend initiative and our cycle to work scheme, allowing you to buy a bike tax-free.
5. Discounts on leisure memberships, hotel activities, retail, and food and beverages.
6. Team Rate rooms at all of our hotels – where will you choose to explore on your days off?
7. Live in accommodation on-site may be available and is inclusive of bills.
