Long term freelance opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Slough paying a competitive day rate.
I am currently assisting a market-leading brand in their search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an opportunity to be site-based, working on a £20m office new build. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will benefit from working with the existing construction team and have full support from a Commercial Manager and Construction Director.
Our client takes pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various schemes across London in the sectors of new build, fit-out, and refurbishment.
This is an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a freelance basis for a minimum of 12 months. They are looking for someone who has a proven track record providing support with a Main Contractor.
The ideal candidate for Senior Quantity Surveyor:
* Commercial experience
* New build experience
* Main Contracting experience
