The Role:
We are looking to recruit a self-motivated and enthusiastic administrator to be part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a proactive approach to managing a variety of different tasks, and the opportunity to assist and contribute to the success of the business.
This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and excellent communication abilities.
Job Description:
1. Open and distribute incoming and outgoing post.
2. Creating site specific H&S files.
3. DBS checks for employees.
4. Book and log staff training.
5. Ordering of office consumables.
6. Ordering of staff uniform.
7. Ordering of business cards.
8. Scanning of returned H&S files.
9. Ordering of new IT equipment.
10. Raises purchase orders on internal system.
11. Arrange staff photos.
12. Other adhoc duties.
Your Skills & Experience:
1. Must have proven experience in administration and relevant industry experience.
2. Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate at a professional level orally and in writing.
5. Proficiency in IT skills with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
6. Team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
