Full job description: Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with strong experience within the NHS clinical temporary market? Do you have a proven track record in gathering business and securing referrals within the NHS and private healthcare sector? If so, we want to hear from you About the Role: As a Business Manager for Clinical, you will play a pivotal role in our new NHS healthcare division. You will leverage your industry contacts and experience to secure new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Your focus will be on the North West region to begin before expanding into other parts of England and Wales. Key Responsibilities: · Generate Business: Use your network and expertise to identify and secure new business opportunities in the NHS and other public sector Healthcare markets from our framework awards – Workforce Alliance and HealthTrust Europe. · Build Connections: Establish and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including hospitals, NHS Trusts, case managers, procurement and other healthcare professionals. · Hospital & Healthcare Links: Leverage your connections within the NHS, and/or other public sector to drive growth. · Achieve Targets: Details will discussed at interview stage What We’re Looking For: · Proven Experience: Demonstrable success in business development within the NHS clinical/healthcare sector. · Industry Knowledge : Strong network within hospitals and other public sector bodies and in depth knowledge of working with frameworks. · Results-Driven: Motivated by targets and the potential to achieve a high OTE.
