Bookkeeper & Operational Support
Overview
This is a new role with CVS and therefore will be a great opportunity for the right candidate to support developing the role / defining duties over coming months.
Duties
1. Conduct expenditure reviews to reduce unnecessary spend and minimise spend as needed.
2. Supporting in business strategies creating budgets and forecasting.
3. To provide administrative and bookkeeping support for the business.
4. Cashflow control and monitoring.
5. VAT and deferment account control.
6. Oversee and manage employee expenses with the Accounts Assistant.
7. Maintain the companys accountancy software systems and to ensure all client and supplier records are kept up to date.
8. Processing purchase invoices, identifying and rectifying discrepancies, effectively resolve queries, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and manage payment of invoices in a timely manner.
9. Assist in the management of accounts receivable, follow-up on overdue accounts, and processing of incoming payments.
