To provide clinical leadership and expertise in Obstetrics, maternal medicine and perinatal mental health. Participate in continuing medical education and training of junior medical staff, consultant colleagues, nurses, medical students and colleagues in primary care. Participate in the on call Obstetric rota and the day time labour ward care provision and ward rounds Ensure the following sessions are covered by a colleague for leave: labour ward, on call, antenatal ward round, ELCS list. Providing clinical leadership for high risk pregnancies Providing clinical leadership and expertise in Obstetrics supportingnursing and midwifery teams.
