Due to expansion we have an exciting new position to join our Sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new and existing customer relationships, with a focus on growing our market share and increasing revenue. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, promote our range of products and services, and explore new avenues for growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships. We have two positions one based in Aberdeen and one in Conroe, Texas, the position’s main responsibilities are. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans that align with company goals and target market opportunities. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. Serve as the primary point of contact and ensure customer satisfaction. Market Expansion: Identify and explore new markets and opportunities to increase market share and revenue in assigned accounts or regions. Promote Products and Services: Effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential and existing customers, highlighting features that meet their specific needs. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and objectives. Monitor and analyse sales performance to optimize strategies and outcomes. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Maintain Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition. The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated track record in sales, with the ability to create and implement effective sales strategies and successfully close deals. Strong communication and active listening skills are essential to understand client needs and build trust. The candidate must also possess strong negotiation abilities to influence decision-making.
