Role Summary Working with the relevant design, applications, operations and project team members and reporting to the Terex Washing Systems Business Line Director, the participant will be responsible for ensuring best-price-paid for all project components. The participant will also be required to identify and execute significant cost down opportunities across all washing systems purchased components, establish supply agreements, and manage specific cost down projects, and drive cost down activities across the business. The participant will manage and oversee the shipping and invoicing of all equipment dispatching from Terex Farlough Brands, ensuring all Customs and compliance regulations are adhered to. What you’ll do Responsible for all project / component cost negotiation & sign off. Maintain cost tracking for all live projects. Establish & execute RFQ process across TWS purchased components. Full costing and pricing estimates for and non-standard products and options Full analysis of existing products including interrogation of standard Bills of Material, standard and non-standard options Cost analysis / target pricing on all new NPPD products and Projects Supporting Applications Engineering Review Process. Managing and releasing of all approved order forms for Terex Washing Systems Identify cost down opportunities throughout the TWS product range and identify cost-down projects. Work with new and existing 3rd Party suppliers to establish agreed rates of work. Daily site dispatch calls and overseeing booking of required freight for dispatches. Overseeing all invoicing for all equipment, installation & commissioning and pro-forma. Managing & mentoring a team of people. Monthly Audits and Reporting, to include SOX, Self-Audit and monthly disclosures and revenue recognition to ensure full compliance. What you’ll bring 3rd Level degree or equivalent professional qualifications Ideally CIPS Qualified Extensive Experience of machine / plant cost analysis Demonstrable leadership experience in commercial negotiations and management teams Experience of Washing / Screening equipment a distinct advantage Experienced in data analysis and reporting Strong computer skills Strong planning and organizational skills Ability to handle and complete multiple projects under tight deadlines Good English communication skills, both written and spoken; Good Presentation and interpersonal skills.
