Business Development Account Manager – Business Development Consultancy - London (Hybrid)
Are you a Business Development Account Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity?
DNA Recruit are working with a Fast-paced, Dynamic Business Development Consultancy that’s redefining the business development landscape for creative and marketing agencies. This is not your typical sales role – it’s about building meaningful relationships, fuelling agency growth, and connecting top-tier talent with world-renowned brands.
Our client partners with a diverse mix of advertising, digital, PR, influencer, and content agencies – all of whom are driven to grow, innovate, and win new business. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering measurable value by creating bespoke growth strategies that break through the noise.
About the Role
As Business Development Account Manager, you’ll be the engine behind successful new business campaigns for their portfolio of agency group’s clients. Working closely with a team of strategists, you’ll take ownership of campaign execution – using insights, research, and thoughtful content to engage brand decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
Your role will involve:
* Leading targeted new business outreach using both phone and digital channels.
* Building trusted relationships with prospects and guiding them through the sales funnel.
* Managing and nurturing long-term pipelines across multiple accounts.
* Preparing polished, insightful meeting packs and reports to support client engagements.
* Attending regular meetings with clients – both virtually and in person – to ensure alignment and share success stories.
Skills and Experience Required
We’re looking for someone who thrives on communication and collaboration, and who’s confident engaging with senior stakeholders and prospects alike. You’ll also need:
* Proven experience in business development, account management, or lead generation.
* A natural flair for writing and storytelling, with top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
* Resilience and a self-starting attitude – you’re energised by targets, not intimidated by them.
* Sharp organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
* Commercial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to handle CRM tools (Hubspot knowledge a plus).
* A curious, strategic mindset – someone who keeps up with industry trends and digs deep into client sectors.
Salary: £30k + Comms
