IT & Colleague Experience Lead - 12 months Fixed Term Contract Salary circa £60,000 Are you someone who is passionate about IT experience? If your answer is ' yes ', then we would love to hear from you The IT & Colleague Experience Lead will be responsible for enhancing the overall IT experience of employees within the organisation. This role involves understanding the needs and expectations of our colleagues, and translating these into priorities that ensure a seamless and engaging experience. A bit about the job: You will be responsible for a team who will; understand the broader IT strategic book of work to develop & maintain experience management roadmaps that align with Aviva's goals and objectives, as well as support business readiness for IT change. The successful individual will also be responsible for conducting regular colleague experience surveys, whilst monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT experience and engagement and leading initiatives to improve communication and feedback loops between business and IT, including organising site visits, workshops, and listening sessions. Skills and experience we're looking for: Understanding of IT experience management best practices and industry standards, previous exposure to tools such as ServiceNow, Qualitrics, or similar would be beneficial. Good leadership and team management skills, with the ability to show empathy and emotional intelligence. Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, able to manage expectations. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively. Financial Services experience would be preferred, but not essential.
