Production Administrator
Location: Belvedere
About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a Production Administrator to join our client’s team – a leading manufacturer that’s growing fast and needs someone to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing and organizing batch records – scanning, filing, and making sure nothing gets missed.
* Updating key Excel spreadsheets with manufacturing data – accuracy is key here!
* Inputting Quality Control (QC) data like timber moisture and density results.
* Drafting and finalizing Certificates of Conformity for finished products.
* Keeping an eye on office supplies – if the pens or paper are running low, you’ll have it sorted.
* Handling reception duties and ensuring a warm, professional first impression.
* Supporting with purchase orders, order tracking, and delivery notes.
* Helping out with any other admin tasks that come your way.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in an admin role (ideally in a production or manufacturing environment, but not essential).
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Top-notch communication skills – both written and verbal.
* A super organized, detail-driven approach to work.
