Job Title: Adult Social Work
Location : Bournemouth Christchurch & Poole Council
Rate : £31.44 per hour
An exciting opportunity has recently become available for a qualified Social Worker at the Bournemouth Christchurch & Poole Council. They are looking for a new member to join the Adults’ Community team, offering a pay rate of £31.44 per hour.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will undertake care act assessments reviews. You will also be required to create and implement care and support plans.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be eligible for this position, candidates must be registered with Social Work England, eligible to work in the UK, and hold a full UK driving license. Additionally, a degree level qualification or equivalent in Social Work is required.
Essential experience:
* Worked with adults with long term conditions.
* Court of Protection work
* Safeguarding.
* Worked with adults and self neglect.
