We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Assistant to join our Property team in Andover. Due to business need, the role is full time.
The right person for the role will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* Assisting clients with enquiries on initial paperwork;
* Applying for searches;
* Dealing with basic enquiries;
* Applying for Management Pack;
* Exchanging contracts;
* Obtaining and uploading information on mortgage platforms;
* Drafting completion statements;
* General conveyancing duties from file opening to exchange;
* Telephone calls; and
* Other duties when required to cover sickness and holidays.
