Job overview
The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAH) is looking to appoint a Trust grade doctor to work within General Medicine.

Main duties of the job

2. To participate in outpatient clinics where required.
3. To provide senior medical leadership on the ward by supporting and supervising more junior staff and delegating duties appropriately.
4. To ensure the appropriate discharge of patients, including providing timely paperwork to the General Practitioner ensuring a continuation of care following discharge.
5. To actively participate in any appropriate steering or project groups.
6. To build and maintain excellent relationships with all members of the multidisciplinary team, working with them and communicating effectively to deliver high quality patient care.
