The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with students aged 11-16, fostering their creativity and helping them develop their artistic skills. As an Art teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of the students, whilst also ensuring they meet the curriculum requirements. This role requires someone who is innovative, patient, and has a deep appreciation for art in all its forms.

Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging art lessons that align with the national curriculum
* Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment where students feel inspired to explore their artistic abilities
* Provide constructive feedback to students, encouraging their growth and development
* Collaborate with other teachers to integrate art activities into cross-curricular projects
* Keep accurate records of students' progress and assess their work in a timely manner
* Create a stimulating classroom environment that supports students' creativity
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and colleagues
Requirements
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
* Proven experience teaching art to students aged 11-16
* A deep understanding of the national curriculum requirements for art education
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
* A genuine passion for art and the ability to inspire students to develop their own artistic skills
